Every indicator, its numerator, denominator and exclusions. Changes are versioned below.
Fairness principlesIndicators are shown individually — there is no overall politician or party ranking. Issues are attributed to institutions only within their documented mandate and jurisdiction. Acknowledgement, response, reported resolution and verified outcome are always measured separately. Institutions can submit corrections and a right of reply.
